Feedback gevenWe placed an order at 7:55pm and were told it would arrive around 9:20pm. At 9:30pm, we called the restaurant and they informed us that our order had just left. By 10pm, we received a call from the delivery driver saying there was a mix up and our order would be on the next delivery, arriving in the next 5 minutes. We called the restaurant again at 10:30pm because the app said our order had been delivered, which it had not. We were told for the second time that our order had just left the restaurant and would be with us in 10 minutes. At 10:45pm, our order finally arrived, but it was cold and inedible. With my wife being diabetic, she could not wait this long and had to make herself something to eat. Waiting almost 3 hours for an order is unacceptable, and receiving inedible food was the final straw. We requested a full refund as paying £40 for this awful food was insulting to us as customers. The customer service was terrible, with lies and deception, and the food was overpriced and subpar.
Haven’t used Zara for ages,we used to use them a lot and always being bombarded with offers .So as I’d been travelling for work hubby ordered takeaway for us.It’s got massively expensive but was supposed to be a treat .Long story short order not picked up,no dinner and money not going back in for three days .Will stick to Deliveroo in future methinks .
Order was over an hour late even after I called them and they gave me an exscuse as I could here them on the pone trying to find my order, no appology, the order was wrong, part of it was missing, the food was of poor standard and we couldn't eat it, try to call them back and they didn't or wouldn't answer,I will never use this poor exscuse of a takeaway agin
This is my favorite Indian takeout spot. The food is always delicious, although there can be a wait during busy times. It is always worth the wait though. The portions are generous and reasonably priced.
We used to order from this restaurant frequently, but we stopped due to their increasing prices. Tonight, we decided to treat ourselves despite the cost. We expected a 90 minute wait for delivery on a busy night, which was no problem. However, when our order arrived, it was incomplete. We were offered a credit, but since we don't order from them regularly, we requested the missing items instead. We were told they would be sent out immediately, but we are still waiting even though we finished our meals 30 minutes ago. The food was delicious as always, but it was spoiled by the half-inch of oil on top of each dish. We had to drain off a significant amount of oil from just four main courses. It will be a long time before we consider ordering from this restaurant again.
