Beautiful location, very welcoming and spotless clean. the food was so good, bark perfectly cooked, with crispy bratkartoffels, large amount mixed veg, house made yorkshire and extra gravy on the side. the desert was also delicious. service was excellent, very fast and efficient....Sloving place, highly recommended. good value for money.

Came for 2 nights here, asked the cook if he could do us a mixed grill for the following night, not owe the food, well paid and freendly staff. can be highly recommended.

Very disappointed by the Brat upper side of bark meat, for Sunday lunch after listening to good reviews. the bark was hard and especially the nice again cold. and £17 for a cure £7 for dessert is a very expensive lunch

We only loved this place. charming well-equipped rooms. wonderful restaurant and outdoor space. I heard the fucks swell in the morning. the host was so helpful to drive us even into a nearby restaurant because they were closed this evening. Thank you!

Comfortable setting, with friendly enthusiastic new owners. Good pub grub at reasonable prices. Rooms look fresh and contemporary and look forward to trying them out when we visit Highclere.
