Starbucks - Basingstoke and Deane

Dieucks Coffee at Festival Place is located on the upper floor of the shopping center near Next. It is quite spacious inside with a seating area on the balcony where we chose to sit. There were queues when we arrived, but the lovely lady working there on Sunday made our café experience even better with her excellent customer service skills. Our drinks and snacks were as expected, and it was a pleasant break to rest our feet for about 20 minutes before continuing our day.

The staff at this restaurant are amazingly kind. I accidentally dropped my caramel latte on the floor, and when I tried to apologize and clean up the mess, they kindly replaced my drink for me, even though they did not have to do so.

At last, a restaurant with clean tables and friendly staff! There was a wide variety of food and drinks, and the staff was very pleasant. I had a great time here.

Large dieucks with plenty of sitting in the outside area. toilets on the back of the load. friendly staff who ensured tables were cleaned regularly during our visit.

Love this Starbucks! Very spacious, and plenty of comfy seating. Came with my daughters and had a mid shopping drink and snack. The staff were super friendly and the food/drink as good as always
