Subway - Basingstoke and Deane

Today was the worst visit I have encountered. Ian is consistently rude. I thought he was the manager but he's not. He scowls at customers and snaps at customers. I asked for a refund as two cups of coffee were like brown water. He huffed and puffed and slammed the money in my hand. I then order a sub, and it was horrible. The bread was soggy and cut wrongly so collapsed. I often have a coffee here and the girls during the week (blonde girl and polish girl) are excellent, but Ian is just horrible. He sits at the kitchen door looking daggers at everyone. He is definitely not cut out for a shop role.

I use this shop regularly and the team are usually absolutely amazing, but I bought a sub last week that quite frankly was a shambles.the sub had been cut all the way through reducing the fillings to a soggy mess in the bag.The sub fell apart as I tried to replace the fillings and I ended up binning it.Total waste of food and my money, I'm not sure ai will ever pre order again.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong sub from Subway. The meal was fresh and warm.

I decided to give the Nachos another chance but was very disappointed. The chips were hard, the cheese was hard, and the salsa tasted more like tangy ketchup than salsa. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Nachos.

I love the bacon, egg and cheese sub and caramel latte at this restaurant. The staff is always quick, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend it!
