Stayed for 3 nights. Hardly slept due to a very noisy water pump. Poor breakfast and bar snacks. No breakfast on first morning due to chef not turning in. Floors squeak. Small room for price paid. Very overated. Need to update the website. Staff however were excellent and apologetic about water pump issue. known problem which if on 1st floor rooms 4,5 and 6 you will know what I mean) Food: 1

I am not the type to complain, I rarely leave bad reviews BUT £12 for a piece of toasted ciabatta on a wooden board, no salad nothing on side just a piece of bread with some filling inside toasted????? We were also told we can't make any changes to fillings since they are all pre-made. PLUS the bartender served us had a bad attitude. Everything on the menu was overpriced, we had 3 paninis and 2 pints for £50 and we were still hungry when we left. Absolutely crazy that they are charging these prices for this food and still in business.

My only concern was it was cold and no fire was lit and the floors do not have carpets so my feet were frozen. The food was delicious Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very Disappointed went out our daughter’s birthday evening meal we went early on a Saturday evening they hadn’t any bitter and we thought the food quality and quantity wasn’t has good as other times we have been the menu was shortened not many choices as the last time we paid a visit about two years ago and was still felt hungry when we left very over priced for what we had.
