Amazing Italian food and the right wine to go with it, all in great space above the pub. Worth checking out!

Hubby and I have been here 3 times, most recently for Valentines Dinner. If you're after Authentic Italian food that is consistently good, this is the place to be. The staff always very friendly and thoughtful.

I tasted homemade marinated salmon – top class dish! Vitello tonnato – top class as well. Penne all’amatriciana – excellent. Pasta made black with squid ink – excellent. Bruschetta – excellent. Arancini – ok. Acciughe marinate – ok. Crepes with spinach etc –did not work at all for me. Panna Cotta – way too much gelantine, what was the cook thinking??? Tiramisu – excellent. Had a bottle of Barbera, which was good. Overall four out of five stars, a really good meal at a very reasonable price.

Food was amazing.... Serena was amazing.... Manager hovering over staff was very distracting and his attitude toward them inhouse was disappointing.....they were doing a great job.....
