Poinciana - Basseterre

I had always wanted to dine at this restaurant, and I finally took the time to make a reservation for myself and my partner. Our experience exceeded my expectations. The natural ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home. The food was expertly prepared and served at just the right moment, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavors of each dish. My experience was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend adding this restaurant to your "must-visit" list!

Excellent lobster Thermidor. Everything was great. Escargot, shrimp, fettuccini Alfredo and French onion soup
