Chili's Grill - Bastrop

When the pasta arrived, there were no mushrooms in it. We asked the server for mushrooms, and the manager returned, stating I could simply add mushrooms myself, showing no signs of an apology for the previous mix-ups. She then brought back a bowl of sautéed mushrooms—but with pieces of meat in it. We politely requested a new bowl of mushrooms, but she insisted it was not meat because she had prepared it herself, and walked away without any apology. We ended up not eating any of our food, and the service was incredibly poor. Yet, the bill came promptly, with no attempt to make things right. Consequently, we chose not to leave a tip and left feeling disappointed. The customer service at this restaurant was extremely lacking for such a large establishment. I definitely don't plan on returning, especially to this location.

The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was delightful! Our server, Dan, was incredible—he did an amazing job!

I was craving chicken crispers today and decided to give this location another chance after two disappointing experiences last year. I have to say, they have clearly made some positive improvements. My order was ready ahead of the promised time, it was accurate, and most importantly, it was hot and delicious.

Apparently happy hour only works for the bar lounge area?? Makes no sense, especially when 2 people are taking up an 8 person table. There was no room for us over there because it was full so we had to sit in the main restaurant. Then they gave a 6person table to a brand new waitress. And to top it off, no one knew what channel (number) NBC was. I had to show them how touse their own TVs. Never going back.

Went in for dinner on a Saturday, no wait time! Went straight to sit my whole family down. Waiters have been attentive, people giving out the food are quick, they gave out the drinks while waitress was still taking our order?talk about quick! Definitelygoing back especially when there?s good customer service. Everyone has a smile which makes it a lot better. Oh yeah?food wasgood love there ribs!
