Feedback gevenWe came here for a late lunch on Saturday and got a table right away. Our server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the fajita chimichanga and I really liked it. My husband ordered one of their combination plates and he enjoyed his meal, especially the tamale. The only bad thing was that the bathrooms were pretty gross.
From out of town. 6 people. 1 asked for Chili?s, but a 1.5 hr wait on a Sat night. Called here since nearby. No wait, so we go. Wife worried about <4 stars. We all had a truly great meal. Wife said possibly the best enchilada sauce ever we are picky San Antonio natives. Fast great service. We won?t forget here when back in town.
I really miss when this was Nancy's. I can say I'm never coming back here. I went to the restroom, and a young man out of a stall, rinsed his hands, and left. I didn't think much of it, until I sat back at my table and he handed me and my family chips and salsa. Completely unacceptable for an employee to be operating with unclean hands. We were one of 3 tables occupied, and there were tables of employees chit chatting while on their phones. We probably waited around 50 minutes to get our food, and one if our party's members' food was cold. I mean actually refrigerated feeling cold. Just really sad to see what used to be such a great establishment not even trying.
We were one of three tables. We waited for 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Finally ordered our food and the 3rd meal came out 13 minutes later than the others. Had to ask 2 times for our tortillas for the fajitas and by the time they finally brought them the fajitas were cold and they couldn?t be eaten. This was our first time here and it was horrible service. We will never be back and will not recommend to anyone. Disappointing way to spend over $100.
What a extremely bad experience. I sat at the bar the bartender immediately asked what I would like to drink, I said give me a water for starters. I also asked for a menu, which she brought me. After 25 minutes she never asked me what I would like to order. She refilled my glass twice, but never ask me anything. However, she spent the whole time talking to other customers. Please train your employees about customer service. Your seafood shrimp fajitas looked really good, but I was never asked if I wanted anything.
