Starbucks - Bastrop

I come to this establishment almost daily before work however, the last few weeks I have not been receiving the heat protection sleeve for my cup. I’m expected to put it on myself which defeats the purpose of “grab and go”. Yes I do understand it’s minimal but I don’t want to come in and spend time inside since I ordered online so I can come in and “grab and go”. Multiple times I have burned myself because my cup doesn’t have a sleeve or I have to wait until it gets cold to be able to consume. Of course defeating the purpose of wanting it hot.

The place is very small and old the she renovate it! But the girl who attended us was vey nice and patient. Great

Worked at Starbucks as a kid and frequent this location pretty often. It’s not great. On a few different occasions I’ve gotten my drink with no espresso lol which is pretty weird. The ratios for the drinks are pretty off many times. The service is quite slow except sometimes when the A team is on in the mornings. Drive through has been closed often recently and the line inside is out the door. Yesterday, the entire store was shut down. We need another Starbucks or for the local ownership here to intervene and get this store moving in the right direction.

Generally love this starbucks, my usual stop when i drive frm Austin to Houston. However, today was dissapointing. Tried a new drink, Hazelnut oatmilk latte-venti, i dont like a ton of ice so requested light ice but i got a lot of ice. When i pointed this to the barista, i was informed this is the least amount of ice they can add to this drink. Guess this drink is just not for me/ anyone who doesnt like ice.
