Feedback gevenYoung lady said yes that they had vanilla frostys available. I gave her my card and she gave me the frosty and shut the window. It was orange. I told her this looks orange and that I wanted vanilla. She said they were out of orange and only had vanilla left . ...What? I think she said it backwards. Regardless the people who work at night there are absolutely horrible with running the place. Orders are guaranteed to be wrong after 4PM.
This drive thru is super weird. They pull you forward when there is no one behind you? Then walk it outside to you, doing way more work than just handing it to you through a window. Completely ridiculous practice that you only see here at this location. The wait time for there being no one else in line was still over ten minutes on a mobile order. What is the point in doing a mobile order when the staff still makes you pull forward and wait ten minutes. Overall very disappointed with this location and won’t be returning.
Frosty's never available because they refuse to set it up. Extremely slow at nights with kids working behind the counter. Orders never correct. They seem to have normal workers in the mornings though.
Everything is always great, other than my app hardly ever works here. Kid-friendliness: Kids get to be kids. Even the teens hang here after school. Never seems to be a problem.
This is a second review for this location this is actually for the Kenwood Road Kenwood Ohio location near Cincinnati my prior visit to this location was not a positive one at this one was much better and it indirectly involved the same manager and a different cook both were awesome very friendly took care of me in a great Manner and actually offered me a free cup of coffee while I was waiting for them to prepare my food which was very very nice good visit this time totally makes up for the previous incident of a few months ago in which everything was really disorganized and confusing that day
