Domino's Pizza - Batesville

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! In Batesville your order will be kicked out??? Will be ready the next day!! WHAT THE….?!! Sorry, you’ll have to wait 45 mins for us to prepare it now! Ordered today at 10 am for 4:30 pm pick up!! Have a confirmation and they still deny any wrong in their behalf!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! Manager was very hateful n yelled at me as I left the store!!Haven’t eaten there in 3 years now I remember why!!The worst ever!!

They make pizzas very sloppy and when you ask for it to be a certain way, they will not fix it for you unless you bring it back and show them that they messed it up. They don’t care if you have an infant and need to get home to feed your infant, they are very careless and sloppy. This is happened way more than once I do not recommend this place to anybody. And when you try to call them to let them know that they don’t care about you spending your last dollar to have a meal to eat that you need your pizza fixed. They’re very rude about it even the boss. This pizza was supposed to be cut into squares. It’s barely cut at all. It wasn’t even cut into squares. There’s cheese missing on part of the pizza.. and they were supposed to bring it out to my car but when I got there, I couldn’t even park nowhere near there. I had to park in a bank parking lot and get my baby out of the car and get the pizza myself.

They make good pizza, however they do not honor the if you don 't have your food to your car within 2 minutes, you get a free pizza . I tried the car side service one time and learned my lesson. Someone inside stopped the clock at 1 min 42 seconds and I sat there another 5 10 minutes to which nobody even brought the pizza outside and I had to go in to get my order even though I requested the car side service.

Need to get the credit card machine fixed. This is not anyone who works there fault. Owner/ management problem.

Came from out of town and glad we stopped here. The service was amazing and so was the staff.
