Las Catrinas Mexican - Batesville

This is a restaurant inside a grocery store that definitely gives you authentic vibes. All the food I've had here is great (chips and salsa is especially good) and its not usually crowded.

1st time there today, had a carne asada burrito in my husbands words it was good good . They have tons of Mexican candy, pinatas, candles Mexican chips, decent amount of Mexican products...just NO pan dulce somewhat disappointed but wasn 't expecting too much for 1st time visit... DEFINITELY will go back for the food...

We tried the flautas and sopes with chicken. Both fresh, delicious, outstanding. The hot salsa is smoky hot and spicy; the mild and green are flavorful also. The fresh lettuce and vegetables piled on top of the flautas with crema and a sprinkle of cheese are over the top.

We have always loved the food here. For the last 3 months it has been horrible and it taste like it was old reheated food.Not the place you would want to eat now

Super authentic and cooked to order!! The chips and salsa are homemade!! Waitstaff are really friendly and attentive. My boyfriend and I have been at least 5 times so far look forward to going again!
