Feedback gevenI wanted to give Eric a big BIG scarf! Sunday morning at this place, things were very hectic due to technical difficulties with the order screen. Eric kept all customers informed about the situation (also to the Spanish speaking patrons, as Eric is obviously fluent). He treated every customer with excellence of understanding people who patiently waited to the one woman who lost her patience to the customers who placed on line orders. While Eric ran the front end, each employee worked hard to get through the exceptionally long drive thru line, and the chefs did not stop for the hour plus I was there. I just wanted to know McDonald's management what a fortune you in Eric and the crew don't express so many people compliments for great work, just sharing their complaints. Great work!
I thought the manager of the shift was creepy! He treated the customers with a bubbling smile and joked regularly with the old man when we stopped for breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our time:
Was very nice welcomed, appearance on the outside was clean and neat have no opinion on inside I went thru the drive thru good staff got food fast and hot
I'm not a fan of McDonalds, but this is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is okay if you like McDonald's, then you'll love it.
