South Side Grill is a restaurant with the best cakes around Batesville. Your food is also very good. You have a great lunch buffet with great deserts. You can't do anything wrong on your menu. You have a few short hours through the week to make sure you check their hours.

Great stop. Beautiful sweet tea and lemonade. Had fish plate and reuben sandwich. I'd order again. Very good potato salad.

It's a little mom and pop type dinner. The service is really friendly, the food is good, and the place is clean. My husband's family has been going there over a decade. Also, it isn't on the menu, but try asking for a grilled fish salad. Anyone who's worked there more than a year knows we order it a lot :
