One of the worst pizza places I’ve ever encountered. The staff is lazy and forgetful. If the pizza weren't decent, I wouldn't bother with them at all. I've had orders canceled without any notifications and they don't honor coupons or discounts. I’m officially done with this place. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased a Local Flavor coupon, paying $10 for $20 worth of food, and went to use it, unaware that it was only valid for dine-in. The owner, a large and imposing man, told me I couldn't use the coupon. I offered to dine in and even agreed to pay the full price, including the extra 4% for credit card transactions, recognizing the challenges of being a small business owner. However, he abruptly snatched the food from the counter, put it in the oven, and walked away, prompting me to leave. The restaurant was completely empty except for a mother and her two kids playing mini golf, so you’d think he’d want to make a good impression on potential customers. I didn't get to taste the food, but the service was terrible. I would prefer to forfeit the $10 coupon than return there. It's unfortunate, as my kids love mini golfing!

I absolutely love Pannos! We order from here three to four times a month. We're located in Northampton, near Catasauqua High School, and the food always arrives hot—even the mozzarella sticks! I really enjoy the pizza, wraps, pasta dishes, and mozzarella sticks, and my daughter is completely hooked on the seasoned Jojos! The service is fantastic, the delivery is quick, and the quality is consistently excellent. I'm ordering pizza tonight, and I can't wait for it all day!

Disappointing experience. I ordered what was advertised as an Italian Taco Stromboli, but what I received was essentially a hamburger on pita bread—nothing like a true Stromboli. When I called to express my concerns, the manager was quite rude, insisting that I received exactly what I ordered and that it was made that way by their standards. She suggested I should have asked more questions before placing my order. But honestly, there’s nothing to question about a Stromboli! It’s a specific dish that’s traditionally made and served in a particular manner. I pointed out that this should have been labeled as a sandwich instead. When I asked what could be done to resolve my dissatisfaction, I was told I would have to pay for a replacement and the delivery fee as well. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again!

I only had ice cream during my visit. I ordered a two-scoop cone but ended up with something smaller than a kiddie cone—about the size of a golf ball sitting atop the cone. The ice cream itself was good, but the service was just average. Overall, I would say it was a pretty mediocre experience.
