The food was delivered on time, but absolutely saturated in fat, as far as it completely masks every taste. even the bag where the poppadome came was covered in it. I had the goan curry and it looked like meconium, textur was...mushy and you couldn't say what was in it. my man had the garlic that looked more attractive, but was not tasteless. we called the restaurant to complain and said the manager would call us back, but didn't hear anything. absolutely vile, will not use again.

Was arranged to arrive on the phone to ask where it was to say that it was still in the kitchen and they did not know when it would be delivered, how the supplier had just got out (why he didn't... did my order I don't know? it arrived and we threw it into the am see how it sat in her kitchen for an hour or more! did not want to risk food poisoning!

Ordered food at just eat. estimated delivery with estimated delivery changed after never arrived. I tried to call time. permanently engaged. we cancelled the order to just eat. from charcoal grill, radstock instead. delivery in minutes. eating was fresh, hot and service super. went to bed at woke up to home video of rice and spice try to deliver what a sweat! only eat sent message today morning say that the restaurant the payment of our account, as they were more busy than usual bstds. order to and try delivery later also after we had died after waiting, and send them the supplier hrs later when we have left in bed! will never use this restaurant again.

Our order never arrived, we contacted the restaurant several times to ask where it was and they would never be answered in any case recommend not to order from them

NYE and we decided to get an Indian- little did we know we were going to deeply regret it! After we ordered it, Just Eat app said it would take hr to be delivered from Rice and Spice , mins later we...tried calling but couldn’t get through , while trying to get through for mins we read the reviews , that’s when we realised we had f**ked up! The food quality is poor and people are always waiting over hrs for it to arrive ! They never seem to offer refunds and if they do it only looks like for over orders, also one person said their order never arrived which Rice and Spice argued it did and never refunded the customer. When it got to mins from taking our order my bf decided to drive down to find out where it was , other people were already there in the exact same boat ! The phone was also unplugged which explains why it never rang! .... After eventually getting the food it was a relief as I read some reviews saying the food was good , or reviews where people haven’t commented but just put stars , I now think this is the workers or their family members because no way can I see how someone could rate it stars , let alone ! The chips had white stuff on them and looked like been deep fat fried times, didn’t taste as bad as the curry but still couldn’t eat them! The meal didn’t taste fresh , curry had weird tangy taste to it, popadoms tasted weird , the sag paneer was not a normal tasting sag paneer , the onion Bahji’s were cold and also didn’t taste nice and end parts Nan tasted stale .... we used these guys before years ago but it’s our own fault for not checking the address for the Indian, we were wanting to use Peasedown one ! Definitely won’t be making that mistake again! hr until start and now cooking a fresh meal because all the food is uneatable! What a absolute waste of food and money! They also didn’t even offer refund which we were charged for delivery but yet it wasn’t delivered ! I don’t understand how there still open and strongly feel Just Eat should not provide them as an option , especially when food hygiene rating is
