Nice food. Friendly staff. Lightly expensive but very centrally located.

Booked as part of the torch light tour of the Roman Baths and walked straight across into the resturant. Beautifully lit and lovely and warm. Excellent choices on the set menu. I had the soup, pie and crumble. All cooked to perfection and piping hot. Waiters on the ball and very attentive. Came outside and there is a lovely lit christmas tree next to the Cathedral, perfect end to a lovely day in Bath Christmas shopping

The food was good, as was the service from our two waiters, BUT, we were given a table on the top floor, up a narrow, steep staircase. My mother is 81 and the rest of the tables had elderly people sat at them, whilst downstairs the customers were a lot younger and more mobile. This also made it more difficult to use the bathroom facilities that were situated in the basement. Please think when seating your customers and then it would have been a far better experience.

Excellent service, the meal was good but we asked for the eggs to be turned over, they were, but came to us rock hard, otherwise ok

Booked for 1730 because we fancied items listed on the Brunch Menu, stated as being available all-day. This was not true? We would have settled for Pancakes but these were not available?
