I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible. I waited 1.5 hours with no communication, only to have my order cancelled. The phone number provided on Uber Eats and their website was incorrect. The restaurant may look nice, but it seems like a budget version of a Chinese restaurant. I recommend not ordering from here if you actually want to receive your food. I will be ordering from Golden Dragon instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 stars.

Ordered on UberEasts, 2 hours of no food and terrible/non-existent customer service. Do not order from here.

The food from this little place is very tasty! I have never had a bad experience....a great value for money takeaway!

I only ordered 3 dishes but they were all fairly good and a decent size, was disappointed that I didn’t receive complimentary prawn crackers though :

Order Chinese from here though just eat. We received the confirmation email at 17:36 order number 863659219 confirmed for 7 pm, although 1.5 hours to wait was a long time we accepted this. We received a notification before 7 through app the it was on its way. 19:31 I phoned to chase and was told it's out with the driver. 20:00 the just eat app is saying it's been delivered. It wasnt! I chased on the phone again and was told its out with driver, they refused to refund and blamed the driver for being slow as the only explanation. 20:32 food arrives, 3 hours after ordering 1.5 after time given. The driver was nice and very apologetic, stating he had only been given the food 20 mins ago.. which sounds totally believable as the food we got was still piping hot. By this point we had pretty much given up and cooked alternatives for some of the family. We had both young children and those in the family with medical conditions who can not go without! I called again to ask for explanation and money off. They refused as the manager wasn't in and couldn't authorise it and anyway I had my food! Despite giving them a chance and asking them to call or leave a note for the manager to call me or authorise a refund neither have happened now in 48hours. Hence this review. I am totally disappointed in the service provided and disgusted in the lies I was told, the fraudulent actions in updating the just eat app and lack of care by the management. They have lost out family as customers and I will be ensuring as many people know their attitude as I can. Just eat were also not interested.
