Papa Joe & Evy's Restaurant - Bathurst

My GF likes almond milk in coffee that I knew they weren't there, so we picked up a coffee before breakfast and rejected a service because of a Tim's cup. I can understand the competitor logo argument, but it would have saved them money as the coffee is included in most breakfasts, good they lost business now and future. Service: 1 atmosphere: 1

Great service however I received a grilled cheese sandwich cooked on one side. It was soggy full of black grease as well, I wish I had taken a photo you couldn’t even pick it up. I wouldn’t feed that sandwich to a dog, the waitress returned it to the kitchen the cook and owner said it’s a grilled cheese. We were charged for this sandwich with absolutely nothing eating from the plate. Hope Papa Joe’s enjoy the money received from this sandwich. I normally do not eat at Papa Joe’s however my and wife and mother in law do. They will not return this certainly isn’t how the original owner would of handled this situation! Parking: NA

Great local restaurant with all the classics. Has the vibe of a mom and pop restaurant which is refreshing nowadays compared to eating in at the usual spots (Tim Horton's, McDonalds). The food is great, had a chicken club sandwich with a side poutine. The special was a fish burger with choice of side, soup and dessert. Breakfast and Lunch menus available at lunch time.

Stopped in around 9 ish. Busy , Was greeted by waitress as she was rushing food out to tables to have a seat. Didn't take long for menus and coffee to arrive. We both chose the 2 egg breakfast with sausage for me and bacon for hubby. We requested soft poached. We didn't have to wait long although our waitress (Linda) was serving many people . Breakfast was great , no complaints.
