Gasperov Mlyn - Batizovce

We have had five dinners accompanied by a couple of wines at this restaurant. It was an outstanding experience with both the food and the service. The young man who served us, whose name I cannot recall, was very pleasant, eager to make our evening more enjoyable by providing us with detailed information about the origin and flavor profile of the wines, as well as the history and equipment of the restaurant. The meals were presented to us directly by the chef and his colleague, who described each dish and its preparation method. The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients sourced locally. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the spiral of whey, which had a delightful aroma and taste after being baked in the oven. My wife also enjoyed the desserts.

One word. Extreme. We were extremely satisfied. The food has no competition in Slovakia. The people are very pleasant, no negatives, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you. We had the tasting menu, without wine pairing, I can't imagine it. Top wine from here. Breakfast was great. Accommodation superb.
