Driver didn't follow instructions and left food at front door. Fries were cold and salty.
Who ever runs this store needs to be fired all their managers bad attitudes , very much lazy service the girl in the window up watching us need to watch her weight
This restaurant is beyond terrible! I went to the drive-thru and ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese, and it was ice cold when I got it. I decided not to say anything, knowing that I would go home and heat it anyways. As soon as I opened it, a huge piece of onion fell out and the bread felt like an old, dried-out sponge. No telling just how long it had been sitting there. Disgusting!! I should've known better than to eat there, being that the place looked completely deserted. I honestly don't understand how they are still open. It's also mighty funny how every other place I go to, pops up on Google Maps asking me for a rating, and Burger King did not! I'm guessing it's because they already know what their ratings would look like. TERRIBLE!
The workers were confused and walk together. I ordered 2 for $4 breakfast croissants with ham. They wait long for the window where I paid and ask for salt and pepper packages. the hired said he'll see if he can find something while he's crying. he said I should go forward. I sat there for 14 minutes, came out and went in screaming confusion with customers standing and waiting. he discovered me, took my bag from the same place on the window and gave it to me. back in the car and a short look, no salt, no pfeffer. When I made a first bite, there was no cheese on a sandwich. the worst BK experience in my whole life.
