Delicious food! Quick service! Fantastic margaritas! What more can I say? Well, this post encourages me to elaborate, but I’m just going to fill up the space with extra words from here on out.

Last night, my father-in-law picked up a bunch of takeout from the same place, and he encountered the same issue—only one staff member was there, and he had a poor attitude. When we got home, we found that none of the dipping sauces for our appetizers were included, and there wasn't a single straw for our frozen drinks. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience due to the lack of proper staff training, and this has happened twice now. I wouldn't recommend visiting Caliente unless they address their training issues.
