The games are poorly maintained. It’s more trouble than it’s worth to use the game cards; kids can only play a few games in a 30-minute time frame. Some machines are out of order and eat up points, limiting the fun even further. You might get 15-30 games to play if you’re lucky, but the cost for the prizes is absurd. You’ll end up spending around $80 just to earn enough tickets for a prize that would cost $2 at Walmart. The top prizes, requiring 8,000 tickets or more, are just junk—more like $5 items you'd find at a dollar store. I’d recommend going to Gatti's or any other arcade instead, as this place is a complete disaster. To top it off, the staff is rude and seem untrained; they don't even promote their Halloween specials properly. I'm thoroughly disappointed with everything about this place. Save your money and go somewhere else—you’ve been warned!

The restaurant was very pleasant and clean. The pizza was tasty, and I had a great time overall.

Kid-Friendliness: They genuinely care about children and go the extra mile to keep them happy. Parking: The parking lot was mostly empty, so we were able to park right by the door.

Space was very crowded. birthday parties were hard. children jumping and swinging from the walls. children loved it. smile on their faces. I can't say more.

Very nice young kids working there but I’m so sorry to say that they are completely clueless how to operate customer relationships. Complete lack of proper management.
