Firehouse Subs Esplanade - Baton Rouge

For living from me I can't find out why this sandwich took so long. mediocre best with way too much mayo. the server were friendly, but the place looked like it's chefs use a food cleaning. I wish I had gone somewhere else. compared to the last time I went a few years ago. would be surprised to close this place down. there was a guy out there when I ran off with a new firehouse subs fireman hat. he said they were free for taking a table. Normally, this would justify an additional star, but I can still try this mayo. Just do it.

Soou. I'm gonna stay here on the way to work. it is always 3:30 clock or so on the afternoon and somehow sketchy on the interstate due to traffic, but always worth stopping. these people have fun, it is never crowded at this time, so that the sandwich comes fast. they take the time to keep the place clean and keep it. we're joking back and forth and that's fun. it is a good sandwich so much better than the subway at the other end of the strip. you are coming in and trying!

Absolutely worst service ever, from the manager and from the personal. my order was thrown on the tresor, bag covered with sauce. When I asked about a new bag, manager told me that their gloves are dirty, not their fault. the dame sandwich maker mumbles commentary when I said I could pack it myself. in any case will not be back.

Ordered a pastrami. Received a corned beef instead which was awful!! Heard the employees discussing they couldn't tell the difference between the meats then another came over and said which one was correct. Obviously they were all wrong! What a waste of time, gas and money. Also ordered a tuna. Was told at the last minute they were out. Won't be coming to this location anymore.

Fast pickup must be renamed. I waited 30 minutes over my expected pick-up time and made me meet too late for the one I picked up for lunch.
