Pizza Hut - Baton Rouge

They have really good customer service and had our food ready and hot when I picked it up. They made sure to verify the pizza was correct before leaving. They even wrote a special birthday message on the box for my son's birthday today.

I'll never get to this pizza hat again. we arrived a little before our order pick up time, so we had to wait a few minutes. that wasn't the problem. the problem was the cut of our pizza and the toppings. our pizza was nice and hot when we got it, so that was good. yet immediately after opening the box we noticed that the pizza was not evenly cut. again, not a big thing. we ordered the taste maker. on this special pizza is the customer 3 toppings allowed. we chose paprika, swirling and green paprika. our pizza was loaded with green paprika and swirling, but they seemed to sting with the paprika. I feel that the customer should get what they pay! also our pizza was on the dry side. the soße was not continuous. it is clear that the employees do not pay attention to how they make the pizzas. overall I feel that this pizza the location of the hut is not worth visiting.

Fraudulent workers at this location! Cashier added her own tip to my credit card after horrible service! Filed a dispute with my credit card company and will not be visiting here again!

My pizza was fresh and delicious when I arrived for my pickup. The apple pies were a nice dessert as well!

The food is decent, but delivery is never available. It’s so frustrating!
