Hey! you really can't beatRouses Marketplace for their cheerful, helpful staff, their fresh produce, Quality meats, prices, and of course, their location location location...If you have a question or concern, no problem!I just ask for help from any of the helpful staff, or if they cannot help me to my satisfaction, then I call out the Big Dawgs like Chance one of the Managers of this... Did I forget to mention? BEAUTIFUL grocery store!If you've never been inside a Rouses Marketplace please try this one at least... The Deli at Arlington Creek Centre is excellent! The Deli manager, Chastity, goes above and beyond to make sure catering orders are fantastic. Several people from different departments at LSU recommended their Deli for office parties and now I am too. Rouses Deli Catering has the most reasonable prices around town. The food is delicious! I

This is the prejudice Rouses on Lee Drive, Arlington Strip Mall, I walked in to customer service and Trey, he was back there doing absolutely nothing, then gonna tell me I'll be with you in one moment, the all of a sudden he gets busy, I guess he thought him taking his time was going to make me walk away, I didn't, I was patient. He kept looking to see if his slow moving was affecting me, NOT. I stood there to make him help me. Then, he start answer the phone, still stalling. Then, when he saw I wasn't going anywhere he gave in an came to help me. For you see if I would have left that would give him/them what he wanted but when you hold true, they the (white Trey's have to do his job whether he wanted to help me of color or another. When transaction was done, he was be polite in a nice nasty way saying have a great day. No I contact at all, so Beloved if you find yourself in the area of this store be aware of yourself and their actions. Don't go in there with an Attitude or a Chip on you, just peaceful and see, me I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK THERE ANY TIME SOON. And all I want to purchase was three money orders. But, my presence was too much for him.

If I could give this place a one-star rating, I absolutely would. The lines are incredibly long, and I noticed staff—including the manager—just wandering around without helping. There’s no self-checkout or express lines available. You end up waiting in line all the way to the middle of the produce section, and each of the three lines has about ten people waiting. The employees, including those with green hair, seem indifferent to the situation.
