I started to go to this place after I started a new job near here and the quality of service is pitiful compared to other locations. manager and coworkers are all quite rude and have no sense of urgency. I have ordered each time I went and noticed that they would hit a button that notified me that my carhop was on the way before they actually started to go to my way. I had to wait 20 minutes until I received this message that my eating is on the go and that actually got the food. overall, one of the worst, if not the worst place I was.
My wife and I both ordered a banana milkshake, and when we started drinking them, they had a waxy particle substance in them. I called and tried to explain to the manager, but was hung up. I'm not going back. I just tried to express my concern so that she can investigate the situation. I hope that the owner of this franchise reads these reviews and takes appropriate measures.
Very rude when I commanded to accept as if it was an inconvenience to take over my order, was hastened by my order and my order completed before I was performing the order. when I made a complaint about it, I was told that there are many places in baton rouge to choose from. other than eating was good, but lacked in customer service.
Order in the app and my food still came back wrong. They can't even read ! After a hour just had to return all the food cuz what was right was cold and they still couldn't get the food right
