Subway - Baton Rouge

This is undoubtedly the freshest and best-managed Subway in the entire area! It’s incredibly clean and everything is delicious. You really should check it out!

The couple who runs this restaurant is simply amazing! They are consistently friendly and welcoming. The food is always prepared perfectly, the restaurant is kept clean, and everything is incredibly fresh. This is my favorite place for lunch!

I asked the staff if she could add a few toppings since I hadn’t been there to customize it. She seemed reluctant and had an attitude, which was frustrating, especially since I had already spent an hour waiting for my sandwich. While the restaurant was easy to find and generally clean, one employee was occupied on the phone and not paying attention to customers, which annoyed me given that I had called four times before coming. When I finally received my sandwich, the employee barely added any extra toppings and piled all the onions and lettuce on one side. The sandwich was lukewarm, and when I asked if she could reheat it, that was the last straw for me. I took my sandwich and mentioned that I’d reach out to management, at which point she suddenly struggled to communicate in English after having spoken it just fine for several minutes. I enjoy Subway, but I certainly won’t return to this location.
