I cannot say enough good things about the service here. Jack the manager is very friendly and strives to provide good service. All the workers are the same. I eat here a few times a week and have never had a bad experience. The place is always clean, neat, and the food is prepared in a sanitary manner. They also make their cookies better than any other subway I've been to.
I walked into the restaurant with my Subway coupons, but ended up walking out without ordering. The restaurant only allows certain sandwiches to be purchased with a coupon, and they do not accept "buy one get one free" coupons. The homemade notes posted by the franchise spelled coupons as "coupans," and I wonder if corporate is aware of these discrepancies. They will be notified.
I wish I could give half a star. I ordered black forest ham but received tuna instead. The bread was also incredibly stale; it was so hard it could have caused harm if thrown at someone. My advice is that if you cannot read or speak English, you should not run a restaurant in America. That's all.
The customer service was terrible and their prices were higher than other Subway locations I have visited. I will not be returning, a foot long combo should not cost $15! I walked out when they tried to charge me that much.
