The Cove Hawaiian Grill - Baton Rouge

Our family loves eating at the Cove! The atmosphere is really laid back, the staff is nice, food comes out fast and it's full of flavor. Definitely recommend this Hawaiian spot to anyone looking for a fresh hot island inspired meal! Favorite dish: Spicy chicken bowl and the Big Kahuna burger

I've been living in Baton Rouge for at least four years, searching for good Korean food without any luck. Just this week, a stranger on Facebook recommended I try The Cove for their bulgogi and a few other Korean dishes. I couldn't wait to go, so I headed there the very next day, and I was NOT disappointed! I ordered the bulgogi and kalbi combo, which came with macaroni salad (is that a Hawaiian dish?) and steamed rice, plus an appetizer of yakimondo. Everything was absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly marinated, with a wonderful charred grill flavor. The steamed rice was cooked to perfection and brought back all the flavors I remember from enjoying meals with my Korean friends during my childhood. It evoked so many memories and delighted my taste buds!

My neighbor (Helen B) asked me to take her here a few days ago because she loves the Maui Burger. She has one of the world's greatest palates, so I always mimic her favorites. She hasn't failed me yet. The Maui burger is made from the best beef, and instead of a pickle, they use pineapple! So tasty! I'm going back and try 3 or 4 other things on the menu. Come try it; you will not be disappointed.

My daughter grandson brought me here for dinner. Mr. James is very friendly, a great chef! Miss Hailey is a great server a sweetheart. The food is awesome! I will definitely be back! :
