Wendy's - Baton Rouge

Delicious food. good workers. great location. 10/10Wheelchair accessible: beautiful parking spaces and they have wheelchair ramps and disabled parking space.

Only people in the restaurant and waited 5 minutes in register and not a single employee came to us or made eye contact. only the people helped to go through. we just left.

The workers here are disgusting and rude. the type in the window that was in the kitchen tipped burger came to me and told me that I got my a back into the line. the female worker had to go the back and get a headset because no one had one to command. I do not recommend this place.

They are so rude. it is very easy to be polite. if they don't want to work there, just stop. Thank you.

Food came out alright, but totally rude customer service. Talking trash about us with the window WIDE OPEN and how much of a burden it was for them with only four people working... that's not our problem, like I get it but seriously?? We didn't have that complicated of an order. Had to go back for our drinks and couldn't walk in to get them, the doors were locked. Had people standing outside. Denied us the third frosty we had placed an order for, we made sure at the window that we had two mediums and one small frosty... they said yes. And low and behold they said we didn't order a third frosty once everything came out and said that we couldn't order another once we were at the window. Like really? No spoons no straws no ketchup. I'm surprised how this place had 4 stars. One of the girls working was the most awful person. And I just wanna say I hope her life gets better and bless her heart bc she needs it. Rude asf.
