Feedback gevenThis is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to, and I have never had a bad experience at any other location. The food always tasted great at other locations, but unfortunately not here because it is a new location. I have visited several times and my meal is almost always incorrect and never tastes like the other locations. The food is always cold and the burger meat tastes terrible compared to other locations such as Siegen Lane and Texas locations I have visited before. I do not recommend this location. Update: I went in today and the food was better, but I still do not recommend it. Also, be cautious when exiting the parking lot on the left entrance, as the concrete is damaged and can scratch your rims. I am not one to complain, but I am very frustrated.
I had an excellent customer experience at this restaurant! The staff were so friendly and efficient that I wondered if Whataburger had brought in out-of-state employees to work here. From the moment I walked in until I left, all the employees I interacted with were smiling, kind, attentive, and quick. There were no long waits, no one was more interested in their phones than helping customers, and no one made me feel like I was a bother. The manager even personally brought me my order and asked if I needed anything else. This team (Friday, 09/09/2022 12:00 pm) should be a model for fast food establishments. Kudos to them for their great work and for restoring my faith in customer service in Baton Rouge. Geaux Tigers!
The employees at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. They neglected to serve me my food for an hour, despite me being the only one at our table without a meal. When they finally brought me my food to go, it was missing sauce and fries. Additionally, when I requested a tray, they claimed that all their trays were dirty, even though I saw a stack of clean trays behind the counter. Their behavior was unacceptable and offensive. I did not want to cause a disturbance while my friends were eating, but I was deeply disappointed with the service I received.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and polite. However, their system seemed to have some issues with DoorDash orders. We ordered three shakes for pickup, but unfortunately had to wait for 20 minutes because the system did not show that the shakes were ready. Overall, if they can improve their system for DoorDash orders, this place would be perfect.
I can't believe there's fast food in Baton Rouge! Wow, just wow. The staff is super friendly and the food is hot and delicious. I hope this place keeps up the great service. Honestly, I think it will only last another year before it goes downhill.
