Zoes Kitchen - Baton Rouge

I usually love eating at Zoe's, but my experience today was not great. It seemed like there were some staffing changes, and the young woman who took my order had difficulty communicating. Thankfully, the manager, who is always friendly, brought me my food. Unfortunately, the bread in my wrap was extremely tough and it really detracted from my meal.

I love Zoe’s. I’ve been to this location about 3-4 times and each time my experience was awesome and well worth the wait. My order is always made fresh and the customer service is excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep it up guys.

I am never disappointed with this location. I ordered from Uber eats today and everything was there including utensils napkins and a stuffed container of chicken salad (thanks for the extra Everything was delicious! Y’all are great!

This girl didn't understand a word about what I ordered. I asked for a cup of tomato basil soup, just the soup, nothing extra in it. When I heard the call out in the kitchen I realized she ordered the basil pesto hummus or something. I looked around and saw I was the only one in the restaurant. So I had to go back and ask her what she ordered. I was like ok no problem but I actually said tomato basil soup with nothing in it. She calls to the back and says hey make that a soup actually. Then she turns around and says hey it's not that much of a difference in price. Umm, that's not the point. It's the principle of the matter. So because soup doesn't take anytime at all she hands me the soup and I walk out because I was already starting to get agitated. When I got to my car there was all kinds of crazy in the soup for garnishment. Like melted cheese and herbs and crackers on the side. Needless to say I threw it away as I can't have that. I did try a small spoon of the actual soup and it was good. That's why two stars.
