Very nice setting with terasse, veranda, neat decoration gardens menu fish intriguing, friaçaise clean fine cuisine but wines from the menu a little weak (paose aisle).

This establishment recommended by friends has really seduced us. the warm welcome and quality of the delicious and unusual dishes encourage us to recommend this establishment located in the heart of the beautiful country of herve.

We come back from three nights and a dinner in the field of high wind. there is nothing to say about this hotel-restaurant the meal was delicious and wanted. value for money very well. the hotel is quite correct and at the level of its three stars. the rooms are pretty and comfortable. view on the garden is fantastic, even in winter!! The breakfast buffet is at the level of a star. quality, choice of products, variety and especially the search for organic and local products a dream place to visit the country of herve, cork, maastricht and Aix-la-Chapelle.

Staff (server and boss) do not take into account food allergies, despite several reminders! we also deplore a lack of sympathy' from the boss damage. otherwise good value for money and a lot of choice for breakfast!
