I and family came here to have a nice dinner and we just got cold food. the service was very slow with our foods and drinks up to the point that we have waited an hour in the ground for our to arrive. the waitress was very rude for my family. she would ignore us and would be just nice to the others. the fried pickles I also order were also very fat and cold. they have also grounded my mother's chicken sandwich. the manager of my family gave a discount that I appreciate. but still I love eating here and having a nice meal with my family. as I said, the service was very slow, waitress was rude, eating was cold and also messed up the chicken sandwich of my mother and pickles were fat. I and family will probably not come back soon. I'm sorry for the rant, but this place is quite good in the way I said, but this time was very disappointing.
One of the worst culinary experiences I've ever had! I drove through the city and decided to eat on my way back to home with my mom and we choose here. I ordered a black bohnenburger and my mother ordered another grundburger. we sat for an hour to tell only about every ten minutes “you should eat right up” . then we had another employee to go to our table and ask “what did you order youngs that our printer stopped and wanted us to have their ticket” that was waiting for over an hour. then our waitress returned to tell us that our eating should be right up and we were told “it should be about 2 minutes” after she asked if she knew how much longer. then a few minutes later we were told “every minute you eat is in the window now” so after waiting probably another 5-8 minutes came a third person to my table to tell me when the kitchen went to get a black bohnenburger out of the refrigerator, it was “taste” and they could not find any more in the freezer and these women offered me a chicken sandwich. first of all, why should it take them over an hour to find out that they have no black bohnenburgers on camp? Secondly, many, often said that my eating was only a few minutes away when they obviously didn't even make it! to say my food was in the window and minuets later said that they didn't even have it just ridiculous! to lie to their customers about an hour is blatantly respectful and terrible. After waiting all the time, I went without eating and not even an apology for the wasting of my time.
This was our second time at buffalo wild wings at the location battle creek. our food came and the wings and the tweeper rings were great, but the loaded French fries were cold and hard when we got them, my man had to look through them with a knife to divide them, there was no way to just pull them apart. when we told the waiter of them, he said nothing but telling us that we order the Queso cheese next time about the pommes. we then got our bill, wrong bill, informed the waiter, 20 minutes later he said that his manager had to use the wrong bill because our bill was already paid out, but money deducted to make it at the right price for our meal. now, this will last time be at buffalo wild wings badly loaded and not even our bill, I hope they had the right price because I could not see our bill only taken the wrong bill with money from the sum.
The worse chicken wings ever , all burnt no meat at all and all bones ! And manager says that's all they have coming in when the cook over cooked these wings in the first place ! Horrible management with no solution at all, she just says I'll take them off your bill and doesn't care to try to tell the cook to try not to Uber cook the next batch or see if they have bigger wings with MEAT
