Checkers - Battle Creek

I haven't visited this restaurant yet, but I've heard that the burger and fries are excellent! They are hot, fresh, flavorful, and the service is creative and quick! I would be happy to make special trips to this part of the city for another satisfying meal!

This Checkers has the best customer service I've experienced anywhere! The service is always quick and friendly. The food is hot and fresh. What more could you ask for?

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. Despite my attempts to simplify my order, they still managed to get it wrong. I wasn't loud or rude, just confused by their mistakes. When I pointed out that I was missing another meal, the manager reassured me that I would receive it. Although he did follow through, I didn't receive what I expected. Instead of the same meat I'd ordered, I was served a burger with mushrooms, which I am deathly allergic to. Overall, it was an embarrassing and painful experience.

Despite a broken loudspeaker, they had our food and drinks in our hands and in less than 5 minutes when we told them what we wanted. super friendly and beaten staff.

Love the fries. Big Buford is good. Prices are good. Staff is friendly. For the most part, it's a decent place for a quick meal.
