The Core Bistro - Battle Creek

A great bistro. The food was fresh and delicious. We sat in the screen room. The service was somewhat slow, but it was busy inside and waiting anyway worth it. Prices very reasonable. They also make takeout that we hope to use, and they have a whole separate pizza menu. Go!

It's been a couple of times. The food is always good, specials are nice and price right. The service leaves a little to wish if it is fed on the terrace, but it is beautiful and relaxing. Absolutely an occasional place.

Ice was great and quite expensive! Vegas took our order and brought it to the table for us because there were 6 ice cups. In any case, would come back! Great service.

Excellent Mothers Day Prix Fixe Menu, just $25 and all perfect. Cosy ambience with good people running things. Gourmet level (at least for BC). Definitely worth a return trip.

Ice cream is done at the side window, they have a good selection and I love that they had a few themed specials too (July 4th Pride)! The worker was helpful and I was very happy with my selections. We will be going back!
