Wendy's - Battle Creek

I visited this Wendy's on September 25, 2022, around 9 PM, and I was truly impressed! The customer service at the drive-thru was fantastic. Both the burger and fries were served hot and delicious! I'm happy to write this review because I’ve had unpleasant experiences with other Wendy's locations in the past where I received cold burgers that I ended up throwing away. This was my first visit to this particular Wendy's, and it was wonderful!

I used to enjoy Wendy's fresh products and delicious sandwiches, but my recent visit left me quite disappointed. The two meals I ordered were not fresh at all, and there was no salad included. The burger was dry. Overall, it was a letdown.

That had to be my worst experience with wendy. for a $10 meal, the patty was super thin and burned. it looks like a white Castle-Patty burned to detection. very disappointed by my sandwich.

Spent $45 for eating in the drive through a biggie bag for one of the items ordered. discussed the burger, and I couldn't get it. they said yes, it got home. it had cheese(no lunch for me)So we had chickensuggets. they were not in and bbq sauce...no ketchup. the hot spicy chicken sandwich without speck. there was speck. they were cold and good old. I live only 4 minutes away

The other night we pulled into the drive thru with an hour until they closed. The line wasn 't moving and we were very confused. Next thing we know we have a guy coming out to tell us they got a 60 dollar door dash order so they are closing early because the order was going to take them 2 hours I feel like this was just an excuse to close early since 60 dollars is like 2 cars in the drive thru. I just won 't go to this wendys anymore unfortunately
