The cuisine is greedy in its achievements (beurre, taste, contrasts.) the homemade bread does not relieve the general impression (especially not the fougasse.) apéro in their way and purely decadent! wines and advice will delight lovers. the reception is online: very neat, very pro, very classy with a difficult team. all will be judged too or too well for me is the best restaurant in the world: I feel so good, I have spent so many good times there. fan since my first visit in 2012, I only regret the stars that make the price increase a bit.

We went to lunch on Friday noon. First of all, despite a discussion in an aparte, the server forces his hand in front of my guest to sell a bottle of champagne more expensive than the one we discussed. Of course I didn't say anything about the fact but I didn't appreciate the manoeuvre. apart from that the service was impeccable. Then we took the biggest menu. it's to wonder if the chef was in the kitchen!!! I'm sure not! certainly a good businessman but not always in the furnace. entrance with lobster and a pepper jelly etc. for each, barely half arrived. Then in a flat, a well prepared but tasteless meat: holstein! We don't come in a two-star to eat reform cow, and in a 90-euro menu! Only dessert was excellent. I enjoyed the factout that has not the same claim several times, but there for the class that this restaurant is deemed to have, it was very disappointing.
This restaurant is a true gem, with high-quality ingredients and generous portion sizes. The classic dishes are expertly prepared and definitely worth the price, making it a two-star dining experience.
On my first visit to restaurants100, I found the reception to be simple yet warm. The decor was sleek and modern, although a bit dark. The restaurant has three small rooms and the food was served promptly. The menu was outstanding, with unique accompaniments and perfectly cooked fish and duck. The wine selection was also impressive and definitely worth exploring.
