Tully’s - Baxter

I love that Tullys always offer fresh local produce at a reasonable price as well as a good selection of good quality imported goods.

We have been shopping at various incarnations of Tullys store for about 30 years...this one is great for bulk produce (anyone want 20Kg of carrots?) and also some lovely deli items. You always see something that you didn't plan to buy and spend twice what you planned to, but its all good...

No prices on the food in the cabinet, but found later that we "should have read the menu"! Really? Coffee and tea came out reasonably quickly, coffee was only luke warm. We had just about finished the drinks when the quiche came out, Warmed and tasty. Inside was full so had to sit outside on the verandah which was a mistake as the flies were terrible and we werent the only ones who noticed this. $48 for 3 hot drinks and three quiches, pricey for what we got. You live and learn dont you!?!

A quick visit this time for a few small produce items. Cheeses, meat and a vegan iced coffee that was awesome!! A pre made salad for lunch and I was set! You will always by more than you planned, and spend more than you wanted to, but the produce will always be worth it and never disappoint

We are fortunate enough to live locally to Tully's. Usually visit at least once a week - just love it. Fresh produce is outstanding, steak/seafood/deli awesome. Pre packaged salads and fruit to die for - especially the potato salad...Best....Ever !!!We can even pick up all our supplies for our dogs at the stockfeed store.Seriously, we love this place so very much - yes, it's more expensive than your Woolies/Coles etc - but the quality is out of this world....try the pineapple and tomato's as a test (not together ) and you will never buy "fresh" produce from Woolies/Coles again !
