When I reached the window to pay, the cashier was quite unpleasant. After receiving my food, I drove across the street to my hotel. In the mere three minutes it took to get there, the food had become soggy and cold, and it tasted awful. This was surprising, especially since Taco Bell usually has consistent food quality. Overall, I was very disappointed and definitely won’t be returning. To the management, if you happen to read this: please consider turning on the lights on your menu board and try to uplift the attitude of your staff. As someone who works in customer service, I believe there’s no reason for such rudeness. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
