Subway - Bay Point

Fantastic environment and very friendly service. The food was fresh and delightful. Will easily recommend this spot to friends. Reasonable rates and large meals. Good job.

The staff member was unfriendly and claimed that my sandwich wasn’t in the system, even though it was listed on the menu. To make matters worse, she tried to charge me more for it. This is just absurd.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I went in to buy a sandwich, and while I was at the cashier paying, the staff was extremely disrespectful. One of them, possibly the cashier's daughter, had a really bad attitude. I definitely won't be returning.

Unfortunately he did not allow me to eat inside the place because I was Mexican, while there was another person inside who was already eating sitting down, but since he was American there was no problem for him, I told him that he was discriminating but he was literally not interested in what I I told him and he refused to eat inside the space even though the restrictions are already lifted, his responsibility was to have been fair to everyone and only allow certain people to eat inside. Sad.

Ordered thru the app and the lady gave me the wrong meat. I stead of chicken she gave me the beef. I guess in person is best other wise they can follow simple instructions.
