Panera Bread - Bay Shore

The service and ambiance at this restaurant were great, but the prices were too high considering the portion sizes and quality of the food. The food at this restaurant is overpriced.

The restaurant is severely understaffed and only serves pre-made food. It took 15 minutes for a simple soup that I ended up leaving without receiving. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff in the kitchen were unhelpful when my order was incorrect. They seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and took a long time to ask for assistance. Other Panera locations appear to be more organized and in control.

Food is good . Service friendly. Just one note .looks like they need to clean vents in ceiling. Looking pretty neglected . Perhaps needs refurbishing up there In prep area.

I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich for the first time and found it to be delicious. It was very flavorful, juicy, and not overly spicy. I will definitely be ordering it again.
