Great customer service Cozy place Many delicious options

Very poor customer service from al customer service representative named Ray. I live out of state and received a Christmas gift of Malley’s confections from a family member who lives in Cleveland. The gift included a 7oz bag of Malley’s peanut brittle. Unfortunately compared to most high quality peanut brittle I have had before, this product was of poor quality. Consequently, I e-mailed Malley’s customer service, raised the issue, and requested a replacement. I received a response from Ray, who was defensive and assured me the product was of high quality. He noted further that the product was out of stock and offered a refund to the sender. I then e-mailed back, indicating that since this was a gift, I was sure the sender would want it made right. I proposed sending a replacement item of equal value, but Ray issued a refund with no further offer to make the situation right. Ray put forth zero effort in this situation and couldn’t care less about my satisfaction as a customer. I am sure the family member will be appalled when they learn their well intentioned holiday gift was handled with such disregard by this Cleveland family business with an allegedly good reputation. I’ll be sure to recommend to the family member that they patronize another local business for their future mail order holiday gifts.

The chocolate here is great, but the true gem is the ice cream shop inside. Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable!

I love this place. Since I remember. Hand has a quarter of some of the best ice cream (peppermint stick) and even hand pumped 2 glasses of smoke for me. Great staff and products. Never had bad experiences here

Very transgressed staff, my son and I walked in to purchase malleys ice cream. We sa the guy with black and blond hair, not very welcoming, we seated ourselves, waited for one of the 6 staff members to help us, the group of girls that walked in with us got taken care of. We waited. A family came in and got menus, water pretzels and fudge and were still waiting, my son had to raise up and ask for some menus. Place wasn't that busy maybe 3 parties to tend to with 6 or 7 staff members, I will never go back here, horrible!!!
