Feedback gevenI went through the drive-thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Mashed Potatoes, and a Diet Coke. Both the sandwich and the mashed potatoes were served hot and delicious. The sandwich was crispy and steaming, while the mashed potatoes were both hot and full of flavor. At first, I was considering giving them 3 or 4 stars because the drive-thru was a bit slow—perhaps they were understaffed since it was a Monday night. However, the quality of the food was so outstanding that I decided to give them 5 stars.
I'm quite disappointed with my experience. I wanted to purchase 14 legs, thighs, and drumsticks, but the employee informed me that I couldn’t do that without an app. I've never encountered such a limitation on the quantity of pieces I could buy. Instead, I had to place a separate order for just four pieces, which is frustrating. It would be helpful to have a sign indicating that this is the policy.
I ordered an 8-piece chicken dinner, but when I received my order, I found that there were no breasts and only 4 legs, which is not worth the price. When I inquired about it, I was told they didn't have any spicy breasts available. I asked why they couldn't at least include regular ones, but there was no answer. Paying $38 for 4 upper legs is just outrageous.
I've been delivering here since 2018 and have never had an issue before, but today felt different—I sensed a potential discrimination. Perhaps it was due to my appearance or race; I'm not sure. Just two days ago, the staff were very professional, and I didn't encounter any problems. It felt as if they thought I would steal the food from the customers, which is absurd, as I'm delivering to make money to buy my own meals. I also have another job. It definitely felt discriminatory, especially since another driver picked up their order before me and wasn't asked to start the delivery in the app. Why was I treated differently?
Had such a great experience with popeyes in bayonne! I had to do a 20-person catering order, and they could not have been more helpful! they recommended the best options to match my customers. When I arrived at 11:30, everything is in box and ready to go. they were so kind when I came in. I am super happy with my experience and would use it again in a heartbeat for my catering requirements! it was a non-brain! as someone who makes lunch almost daily in services, it is so important to me that eating is done right, all utensils and everything are packed and not forgotten, and I can thank from the restaurant in a brise. popeyes bayonne! I'm back!
