Passing to the Basque Country this summer I was able to discover the George Co during the holidays of Bayonne. Very nice discovery, I enjoyed with the chipirons and the gambas, the young man who served us was very welcoming with a quick service despite the cohue of the parties. I’ll go back to it and look forward to testing it outside the parties

I found a little pearl! What a nice surprise that this eight-storey bar with a very good bill. Eight to be tasted but also a few small gourmet dishes to hold oysters. Quickly a ray of sun to return.
