Sushi Ato Bio - Bayonne

Sushi/makis are not given but what they are good! Among the best of my life so far! Prepared in front of us with fresh and organic products. So yes it has a cost, but it is quite normal given the quality of the products. There is actually a little waiting, but we need to re-learn not to have it right away because the quality yes takes time. A big bravo to the boss, I recommend that the eyes be closed!

Fabulous! Everything is very fresh and delicious. The little room. Best book. Never eat as well in a restaurant not served by the Asians! I recommend. All organic.

A very nice surprise in the heart of Bayonne. A lot of research and work in sometimes authentic recipes, sometimes more original, but always subtle, balanced and neat. High quality raw materials, especially the Ecosse organic salmon net. A humble cook couple with a real knowledge of Japanese gastronomy. We will come back with pleasure!

Very good but careful with big appetites it returns quickly expensive. But quality at a price. The broth, a wonderful sushi. Small dish for the price of wine, 7 euros the glass cannot necessarily afford it. Too bad. But I still recommend this little restaurant. It's worth it.
