Wahnsinn es gibt noch Restaurants die sehr leckere Schäufele machen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hier fühlt man sich so richtig wohl. Kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Gemütliches Einzelzimmer, guter Service, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, angemessener Preis. Ich komme gern wieder. Auch die Frühstücksterasse ist sehr schön.

Gutes Hotel, klasse Restaurant mit sehr schmackhaften Gerichten, fräkisch, Ambiente in der Gaststube klassisch schön nur im Eingang / Zwischenbau hat es mit dem Stil nicht funktioniert, ist fürs Auge schade der Rest ist top.Service ausgezeichnet. Danke ich komme gern wieder.

For me, a pork knuckle ("Haxe") is a measure of the franconian kitchen, so when a restaurant advertises a special evening for that, it's a must. (And just to be clear, during these evenings also other dishes are available.) And how was it? Ok, but just ok. The skin wasn't as crispy as one could expect for a grilled Haxe, but the meat was extremely tender. The dumplings ("Kloss") were of the "gekochte" type, which is more like mashed potatoes cooked once more. Personally I like more the type from a bit more south including also uncooked potatoes into the dough ("rohe" or "halb-und-halb"). But that's matter of taste. Also good: the food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering suggesting that the kitchen had then pretty much ready. With this kind if dishes, that's fully ok.The service was quite friendly and responsive, but there seemed to be quite many of them considering the size of the restaurant. Then the drawbacks. The prices weren't the cheapest, but that seemed to be more of an issue for the entire city. And we ordered the same wine twice, receiving two completely different tasting glasses, but the waiter was adamant it was the same bottle. All in all, friendly and fast service, but the price/quality ratio of the dishes could be improved.

Hab mir heute wieder essen geholt und fand das sehr interessant, weil es zwei Kartoffelklöße gefüllt jeweils mit Leberwurst und Blutwurst auf Rahmsauerkraut gab,sowas hab ich noch nie gesehen,geschweige denn gegessen,aber was soll ich sagen,es war mega lecker und ich bin auch voll satt
