Feedback gevenI had to wait a full 20 minutes for my drink because there was only one employee working. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee, Azizur, was very rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
This is likely the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. They consistently forget items from my order, and my rewards and offers, which they scan, never seem to work. They don't honor Dunkin's promotions at all. Additionally, I've noticed flies in their unused coffee cups. Overall, it's very disappointing and the service is poor.
I was looking forward to enjoying a tasty bagel, but what I received was burnt and as hard as a rock. It was a disappointing experience.
It felt unhygienic. No one was wearing gloves, and the worker just touch the dirty money from the customer and then started making the food without washing hands. The workers were talking while making the food so their spit could have gone in there. Also, I was paying in cash and the workers didn't let me pay without downloading the app and forced me to download it even though I didn't want to.
I ordered two vanilla donuts and the lady gave me two strawberries favor, and they never put any wrapping paper when they placed it into the the paper bag and when I got home the frosting is melted and sticked with the paper bag..…
